Big changes thanks to Dr. Holliday and his Baldrige initiative, and all at the expense of the taxpayers. Thanks to Renee Dulin for showing me where I could find the 2003-04 information. The pay amounts were the best I could ascertain from a couple of sources. Please contact me if you know of any incorrect values.

From 4 positions to 35? And the student body only grew by about 2,000 children?

  4. let's compare "data"...test scores, teacher working conditions survey, etc
    Before Baldridge/During Baldridge

  5. This is outrageous! NO company would survive in today's environment with that much fluff!!!

  6. $2,740,760!!! Wow this equates to over 78 teacher positions. I think we just found were to make the cuts in order to keep our teachers.

  7. North Carolina has a bill pending that would pay over $6,000 per child for home schoolers. Let's see I have two students in the system and am currently a TA who will be cut if the budget is passed. I guess I can stay at home and home school my own two children, collect the $13,000 and unemployment. Isn't it a grand world we live in!

  8. First of all, the data from 2003-04 that you share is highly inaccurate. Does anyone honestly believe that there were only four administrators only five, short years ago? Seriously- get your facts straight or shut up.

  9. Hey July 6, 10:27PM - Why don't you correct this information with the factual data. But please, do not tell anyone to shut up.

  10. To the rude person who used the ugly word 'shut-up': Please, do enlighten us with your sourced budget data from the 2003-04 school year. Just remember your manners when and if you decide to shower us with your knowledge.

  11. What a waste of funds! Knowing some of these "experts" as I do only underscores why the dumbing down of academics has occurred in the United States. A group of self-serving local big fish in a very small pond are doing a great disservice to the community.
