A new organizational chart has been posted on the I-SS web site. There are only a few changes from the chart that was posted in December. One of those changes is that Todd Holden is listed as the Executive Director of Secondary Education. When it was announced in January that Mr. Holden was being promoted it was stated that he was to be Executive Director of Secondary Education and Career Technical Education. I don’t know it there has been a change in his duties or if the Career Technical Education part of his title was just left of the chart for some reason.

You're a little slow in getting the administrative changes that were announced at the BoE meeting Monday night, Feb. 8, out to your people.
ReplyDeleteIf you want a wider audience, you should try Facebook. ISS now has almost 2,000 fans, and they've been vocal! Of course, everyone would have to comment with their name instead of hiding behind the cloak of Anonymous.
When you have a REAL, actual point to make, February 11, 2010 5:31 PM -- please post again... the irony of the final sentence of your post is impossible miss...........
ReplyDeleteyou posted anonymously,lol!
Feb. 11, 5:31 PM - I checked the I-SS Facebook page and I did not see anything about the administrative changes you mentioned. There was not even a mention of the February School Board Meeting. Perhaps it is not such a good source of information.
ReplyDeleteThere is a a summary of the Board meeting on the I-SS web site and it does mention some appointments of new principals. Are those the administrative changes you were referring to? There was no mention of any changes to the organizational chart.
Happy Valentine's Day. Time to make peace !!!!
ReplyDeleteNo justice, no peace.
ReplyDeleteKudos to 2/11 6:47pm! What irony
ReplyDeleteI'll ask again and I'll keep asking because the Central Office staff just keeps getting bigger and more expensive. When they lay off teachers - as they surely will do by the end of the year, maybe someone will tell me why overpaid administrators get free cars. I'd also like to know what women get the cars, what the criteria is for the cars, and whether those receiving the cars pay taxes on the gains. I hope Paul investigates this and what other perks the administrators get.
ReplyDeleteis anyone going to run agains wilson in district 1?
ReplyDeleteI think it was intentional irony... known as sarcasm.
ReplyDeleteExtremely doubtful, February 21, 2010 2:22 PM ---- sarcasm would require intelligence <-->
